You understand and accept that the main purpose of the site is to re-home animals within UAE and we do not provide any help to you or your business to make money. If you are advertising your pet via the website, you agree to have fulfilled license requirements within your territorial jurisdiction of animal licensing and take all the precautions that are bind by UAE. All such information shall be uploaded to your account details and emailed to us a copy.

Advertise posting terms and conditions

You understand, agree, and warrant that you shall comply with the following conditions when posting any advertising on the Website:

• Pets shall not leave their mother until at least 8 weeks of age;
• Advertise shall be posted in the correct category and disclosed the full breed. Crossbreed shall be stated clearly in your description and that shall be advertised in the mixed breed category;
• Actual photos of the pets shall be uploaded. DO NOT upload any photos from the internet search.
• Advertisement of the litter of puppies or kittens shall contain their mother while uploading the photos.
• All pets that you are advertising must be owned by you;
• Pets’ advertisement must be located in GCC;
• We do not provide any exchange service for pets;
• You shall clearly state all health and welfare issues;
• Advertise any type of monkeys are prohibited on the website;
• You shall not advertise any Wild animals that come under Law No. 22 of 2016 of UAE;
• You shall not advertise any animal as food;
• You must be at least 18 years or above years old to post an advertisement;
• We reserve the right to decline or remove any advertisement on the site if we find any reasonable ground with or without notifying you;

Account Registration

To get the maximum benefit, you must create an account that shall contain your personal information. You agree and warrant that

• You must provide current, complete, accurate, and complete information;
• You must provide your correct full address before posting an advertisement that must include all the detail of your address such as house number, street address, postcode, etc. We reserve the right to make you verify your address;
• You shall create an only account;
• If there any dispute arises, you must resolve the issue for the benefit of both you and the customer;
• You shall not share your account with anyone nor you shall post any advertisement on behalf of anyone else;
• You shall keep your account details confidential and secure;
• You shall keep secret your login details;

Contacting an Advertiser

You accept that you have the responsibility to verify all statements made and documentation offered by any advertiser. You should make sure that an advertiser is a genuine person by visiting the address of the advertiser. If the advertiser makes excuses and asks for money online or asks to meet another location rather than the address provided by him, then please do not agree. You agree that we shall not be responsible for the money that you send online and when you lose that money.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your advertisement and your account with or without notice if

• We find any violation of your activities by our sole judgment;

You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation from us for canceling your advertisement and your account with or without giving notice to you.

• We cannot promise or guarantee you that the website shall fulfill your needs, that it shall work uninterruptedly, that it shall be meet your particular purpose, and that it shall not violate the rights of others;
